Experience

Templates

The first screen after a simple registration process requiring no credit card information you are asked to select a template as a starting point.

They have everything from simple blank layouts to beautifully designed pages that you can customize.

Onboarding

After selecting a template you are directed to the drag and drop editor. On first load you are provided a comprehensive walk-through of the features of the editor.

They very effectively use gifs to demonstrate how to use their application.

Mobile

Instapage enabled you to switch to a mobile view effortlessly through a click of a button. On the mobile editor you can quickly customize how your landing page will be viewed on mobile devices.

You can also create simple variations of your designs that you can then split-test on your users.

Drag and drop

The most attractive feature about Instapage is the pixel-perfect drag and drop editor they have created.

It’s one of the best drag and drop editors in this space.

Integration

Out of the box Instapage integrates with a large number of analytics, tracking & mail services to name a few.

These integrations are baked into the application and easy to configure.

Publication

Once you have completed your landing page you can then choose to publish it on a number of CMSs like WordPress or Drupal.

Chances are that you will probably want to publish to a domain name and that is as simple as a click of a button.


Customer Support

Instapage provides support within their application using an instant messaging service in the bottom right hand corner. The live chat support is available for 15 hours a day, Monday to Friday between 2 AM and 5 PM PST (5 AM – 8 PM EST).

They also have comprehensive documentation and video content for anyone who wants to solve their own problem quickly.


The Starter plan is perfect for the solo marketer or entrepreneur that requires a simple and easy-to-use solution. If you work within a team you may want to consider the Standard or Premium packages.
